The Handy Clean System produces its own DI-water (conductivity of 0,2 μS/25°C). The system utilizes reverse osmosis to ensure the DI-water is completely free from silicates thus suitable for the cleaning of optical lenses. A circulation pump constantly passes the DI-water through an UV-lamp, a particle fi lter, and two exchangers. The DI-water system provides the highest quality water and at the same time drastically reduces water consumption.

The Handy Clean System is provided with many automatic features. All temperatures, ultrasonic on/off controls, and cleaning times are constantly monitored and controlled. The parameters of the cleaning process are easily edited on the keyboard of the PLC control unit. With its superior design features, the Handy Clean provides maximum and unparallelled cleaning effectiveness.

The Handy Clean System is provided with 6 cleaning tanks and an integral drying system as standard. This layout provides maximum cleaning fl exibility.
