4200The cleaning technology for metals, ceramics and plastics

The future belongs to the non-halogenated A3 solvents. These solvents include hydrocarbons, modifi ed alcohols and other specifi c solutions. Their dissolving power, their environmental performance and their economic effi ciency is what makes A3 solvents a true alternative to chlorinated solvents. Amsonic remains a pioneer within this technology.

The EgaClean is a compact single chamber cleaning unit with a high capacity. It uses a patented procedure that, at a high temperature, applies non-chlorinated solvents under vacuum. The unit cleans, vapour degreases, dries and distillates automatically in a closed circuit. The vacuum technology increases the cleaning effect and guarantees a safe operation of the machine. The cleaning quality is improved by ultrasonics and micro fi ltration.

The cleaning program is chosen considering the type of soiling, the geometry of the parts and cleanliness requirements. The productive capacity lies at 4 to 10 charges per hour. The EgaClean is equipped with a working tank and a clean tank. The distillation capacity assures a continuous availability of clean solvent. The tank volume, the heating capacity and the distiller are optimally coordinated. Several solvents can be used, e.g. Isoparaffi n or modifi ed alcohols. The automatic loading unit is equipped with roller conveyors, automatic basket covering and automatic program identifi cation by means of barcodes.
